Currently, wealth is being created everywhere, it will be in traditional properties, exotic locations, as well as fund invested business, breakthrough pioneers, and wide range of areas such as: medicine, space, and the crypto space. Agenda

In conversation with influential individuals who have made an impact on society, on how emerging demographic trends, shifting political tides, global market movements, growing wealth and relentless breakthroughs in technology are impacting the rest of world.

- Pierre Omidyar, Founding Partner, Omidyar Network, entrepreneur and philanthropist best known as the founder of eBay. (to be invited)

- Alice Walton, founder of Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, only daughter of Walmart founder Sam Walton. (to be invited)

Repeatedly branded as entitled, self-involved and even lazy, the Millennial generation - more than 80 million people worldwide between 18 and 35 years old - may be the demographic cohort most prepared to lead a disrupted workforce into the digital economy. Millennialsare better multitaskers, more efficient collaborators, and more aware of social impact than their predecessors. Definitely, business, entertainment, media, government and philanthropy are sectors greatly influenced by.We will discuss the Millennial leadership as it begins to dictate trends not only on social media but also in the boardroom.

While women encompass nearly half the workforce across the Wealth Management industries, they are massively under-represented at senior leadership levels. There are a number of cultural and personal challenges for aspiring and ambitious women in this industry who are looking to advance their careers. To make this career progression happen, it is essential to sharpen key skills and align these with the expectations of the executive suite. During this session we will discuss the role of women in the upcoming years.

Survivalism, the practice of preparing for a crack-up of civilization, tends to evoke a certain picture: the woodsman in the tinfoil hat, the hysteric with the hoard of beans, the religious doomsayer. Recently, some of the wealthiest people in Silicon Valley, New York, and beyond— among tech executives, hedge-fund managers, and others in their economic cohort are getting ready for the crack-up of civilization.

- What’s causing the panic amongst the super-rich?

- How did the preoccupation of the apocalypse reach in these affluent quarters? Especially for places like Silicon Valley known for its ability to change the world for better?

As we see an increasing consciousness in people to deliver positive contributions to the world and to give back to society, we are also seeing a new wave of assets that has been created to satisfy the goals of the aspiring philanthropists. This workshop will enlighten individuals on what constitutes an impact investment portfolio and how can one progressively build on their assets and enhance their portfolio in the long term.

Even the ultra-high-net worth are kept up at night by life’s two unavoidable constants: death and taxes. However, there are other pressing matters that preoccupy the UHNW individuals; mainly the lack of confidence in the capabilities of the next generation to be motivated in creating their own wealth. Leaving a better future for their children is another concern, therefore, donating to NGO’s fighting climate change, but also are more prone to give to traditional institutions and religious organizations.

- How can young successors be more prepared to handle their inheritance?

- New generations are more practical and passionate about the issues the world is facing, but how to guide them to doing good without just writing a philanthropy check?

Imagine a world where chatbots answer client e-mails regarding their investments, and software scours the Internet for the latest news, economic data and academic papers to create insightful investment reports. This might seem like the stuff of science fiction – albeit with a wealth management angle, not anymore.

- How firms can quickly leverage AI and machine learning as part of an intelligent customer management solution.

- The need for new generation of robo-advisors

Cryptocurrencies and blockchain are transforming philanthropy through digital currency donations, the emergence of charity coins, crypto-foundations, new impact measurement tools, and more direct and transparent giving through blockchain-based platforms. This session will also discuss the future of giving, with the arrival of new charity ecosystems, "Distributed Autonomous Foundations," and other blockchain innovations that could potentially transform philanthropy as we know it.

Currently technologies are being developed, however, there are ten breakthrough technologies we should start discussing today. These technologies all have staying power. They will affect the economy and our politics, improve medicine, or influence our culture. Some are unfolding now, others will take a decade or even more to develop.

- Reversing paralysis

- Gene therapy 2.0

- Paying with your face

- Practical quantum computers

- Hot solar cells

- Self-driving trucks

Every day, we're sprinting to catch up. New technology. New research. New people. New ideas. Fast changes and endless updates—in your practice, business, and personal life. Maybe you and those closest to you feel overwhelmed by the growing "data clutter." Stressed by all the knowledge you must absorb, process, read, and recall. How do you stay on top and deal with it all? During this workshop we will share simple proven strategies to mentally thrive and win in the face of fierce competition.
