Shanghai, November 28th 2018 - Noah Holdings received the Best Independent Wealth Management Institution in Wealth and Society in China Chinaat The Global Wealth and Society Awards 2018. The award ceremony was held in conjunction with the Wealth and Society China 2018, at the Waldorf Astoria, Shanghai.

The London-based Global Wealth and Society Awards Programme seeks to recognise high and ultra-high net-worth individuals who use their wealth to bring about positive impacts on the society that they operate in, and the institutions that help them do so. Recipient of these awards underwent a stringent and comprehensive evaluation process, demonstrating the verve to deploy wealth in ways to bring about positive impacts on the society and at the same time make positive financial return on client investments.

Noah’s wealth management business includes varies of services, including wealth planning, trust services, investor education services, and philanthropy, among others. Clients network have 1,335 relationship managers across 237 branches and sub-branches in 79 cities in China. Furthermore, Noah fulfil customers’ requirements for global investment opportunities through establishing wholly owned subsidiaries in Hong Kong, Taiwan, United States, Canada and Australia, with Type 1 (Dealing in Securities), Type 4 (Advising on Securities), Type 9 (Asset management) licenses and an insurance broker license in Hong Kong, as well as an insurance agency license in California.

In 2017, Noah’s accumulative assets under advisory has exceeded RMB500 billion (USD72 billion), increasing 22.7% from previous year, and the size of overseas assets under management has reached RMB21.7 billion (USD3.1 billion).

Noah Holdings strengthened wealth management platform through implementing artificial intelligence

In 2014, Noah Holdings launched wealth management platform named “Cai Fu Pai”, which acts as an information and technology provider for standardized financial products and serves affluent individuals in China. In 2017, enhanced capabilities in artificial intelligence, big data analysis, quant-fund and portfolio data processing, provided seven different portfolio strategies which covers all user groups with different risk tolerance from R1 to R5. As of the end of 2017, the total assets allocated by investors through “Cai Fu Pai”APP exceeded RMB56 billion (USD8.07 billion).

Noah Holdings carried out social integration in autism rehabilitation

In 2016, the Noah Foundation united the civil administration, special education and guidance center, and autism researchinstitutions to officially launch the “Sparks Program” to cultivate the teachers for the autism institutions. It is the first charity project on autism rehabilitation in China,in which Noah has donated more than RMB1.7 million (USD245,000) in helping more than 600 children with autism and more than 600 autism teachers. In 2017, completed threespecial training sessions for the Noah Care Sparks Program. More than 600 special teachers and parents of children with autism benefited.
