CMB established cross-border integrated service platform. By the end of 2017, the group of overseas private drillers reached 11,435, and the AUM reached USD 40,570 million.

The bank constantly expanded “family office” service towards legacy planning and family trust

In August 2012, CMB took the lead in launching the "family studio" service for ultra-high net worth clients, developing exclusive wealth planning service including maintenance of value, appreciation, wealth risk isolation and property distribution. In August 2013, further launched the "wealth inheritance family studio", which provide customized wealth protection and inheritance plans for ultra-high net worth families, and to provide customers with comprehensive financial solutions such as family trust, wealth inheritance, tax planning, legal consultation and insurance planning. In May 2013, the first "family wealth inheritance trust" in China was officially signed.
