  • One must change his personal mindset and goals to transform organisations and the world
  • The transformation of personal thoughts is the basis for building trust relations
  • Only with trust can there be cooperation among mankind and jointly build a better world

Here is the edited transcript:

Good day everybody. Today, I like to share and explore with you a very important topic about a sustainable world, a better tomorrow. And what can business and people that have can do about this. And so we can transit in the post-COVID-19 world towards unity and solving the 17 sustainability goals of humanity.

One must change his personal mindset and goals to transform organisations and the world

I know that some might think one is more important than the other. But actually, in reality of solving it, we need a shift in our mind and our choices. In fact, a way to do it is from individual transformation to thus organisation and a humanity transformation. And those in very important positions have more responsibility to bring about this change because it's systemic. And the current system is not working as we all can observe. So change yourself, and the world will change around you.

So what is that change? I think in COVID-19 time, we reflected it's already happening. The United Nations has already called for a new well-being and happiness paradigm for economics, change the way we think. And what is economics? Economics are all activities, meet our desire. So current sustainability challenge comes from an economic paradigm of more and without moral framing. So the market economy is a moral and thus it can capitalise on our ignorance and greed. And so our emotions are being capitalised and manipulated. We're not in any bad intention. It is just it is. So we have to orientate a direction where we are going which is the well-being.

In the old days, well-being is more, more income. But today, we are already past subsistence survival. In fact, we are already past indulgence in some areas. If we have all the garbage given to the poor, we still have a garbage problem. It's a major problem. We are consuming the world away as population grows. Mind you, during the beginning of the industrial era and now, populations grow from 250 to 300 million to 8 billion, edging quickly towards 10 billion. It can't sustain that, plus consumerism.

We need to change the economic structure, that's for sure, but as everybody. So what is individual doing? Individual economics, or community, or government or non-profit business? But a level of awareness on how this whole economic activity needs to be managed. And I have to call on the government to do it, even the United Nations to talk about it. How do we reconfigure it? How do we structure economic roles and playing? How do we regulate it?

The transformation of personal thoughts is the basis for building trust relations

On the other hand, the most important thing is demand which is our desire because economics is about desire, that personal movement of awakening we need to do. And then awakening to truly what we want, which is not what more of what we have, but what we need.

So an awakening is happening. That's why this conference is talking about our relationship. Because the relationship is an expression of this world, systemic, relational, but deep inside is expressed inside us. And so the personal transformation of realising who we really are, what we really need. In other words, we get to connect it to our soul and live the wishes of our soul. We always wish to be well.

If you remember, when you're really small, that's all you wish, joy and love. So how do we transit through what our personal work that we need to do in connecting with ourselves? Because “as above so below; as within so without”. This whole connectivity, reality we have to awaken to and really start connecting with ourselves. When we connect ourselves, and then we go into nature, then we meet people. That connectivity will express because we are love. We are love. We don't need love. We radiate love. When we all radiate love, this is a loving world.

So how do we build trust? First, build trust in yourself, you'll be always okay. Are you okay if somebody cheated you? Even be cheated whether you know or not. Some you know, some you don't know. But are you okay to express love? Are you okay if you got cheated? Well, yeah, you don't like to feel cheated. But maybe you're cheating yourself a lot, too. I think this very big topic is one that we need to search inside ourselves. Our relationship with outside is all about how we express a relationship with ourselves. And who am I? Who are we? Is it a role we subscribe? Of course, on the material world, we are father, we are son, we're manager, we're owner, whatever. That is, of course, true. But there's a deeper true self. Some call it the soul. The Indian tradition call that the Atman. We need to go in, we need to journey in, as we journey out. Do not forget the journey in because that's the journey of transformation we need.

Only with trust can there be cooperation among mankind and jointly build a better world

Yes, we need to solve the climate issues. Because without the earth there's no humanity. In fact, there's nothing, no life. As humans, we’re special. We're not just animal, we are creative. We are made in the image of God or we are made by Tao. The Tao is inside us, God is inside us, Buddha is inside us. Whatever you call it, or even if it is science. The quantum conscious field is inside us. So everything is inside us, to the journey, to our inner reality. And making that transformation is the first step of moving and building this trust, building this expression and solving the problem as we journey together, as we build trust with ourselves.

And in fact, we do know, as we go journey inside. Our DNA will inform us. And DNA is a coding of all information on existence. Our cells can read it. So what we believe actually changes it. What we read out ourselves, read The Biology of Belief by Bruce Lipton, you will learn something, you know, so different. Epigenetics. So, as we move the journey, as we see a different reality, as we change our belief system, as we dedicate ourselves, as we really live, what our soul needs, what we need is holistic. The reality inside is holistic. We just haven't really gone that journey. And then a few things will happen which is important: awakening, aligning to that awakening, collaborating, and creating a new reality. In fact, nothing can be solved without collaboration. And humanity is really a history of ability to collaborate, and create; or inability to collaborate and go to war, and destruction. And today, more than any time, collaboration is needed to solve humanity's collective challenges.

So, here it is. As we explore the outside methodology, we journey in to transform ourselves, to raise our consciousness, because consciousness is the mother of everything. As a quantum sort of science that they have discovered there is no matter, only consciousness in contact with energy, creating the perception of solidity, but actually it is just energy clustering together, and vibrating together.

Today we do that, too. We create a megaverse, a perception of reality, which is created by just information that we do in IT. So, ladies and gentlemen, I wish you have a really good exploration in this conference. Thank you.
