$1.1 billion Rosenwald Private Wealth joins Indivisible Partners

5 min read

Rosenwald Private Wealth, an advisory firm serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, has moved from RBC Wealth Management to Indivisible Partners, joining a growing number of established practices adopting advisor-owned models.

Rosenwald's move comes amid a period of significant growth for Indivisible. Six advisory teams representing over $3 billion in assets have affiliated with the platform in recent months, reflecting growing interest among established wealth management practices in a model that combines independence, ownership, and enterprise-level support.

Rosenwald Private Wealth's transition also underscores a broader shift among advisors serving affluent clients who are seeking full control over their future while maintaining the capabilities required to serve complex client needs.

"What's notable isn't simply the number of firms that have chosen our platform," said John Thiel, Executive Chairman and founder of Indivisible Partners. "It's the caliber and scale of the practices making that decision. Rosenwald Private Wealth is another indication that our version of independence has become the preferred option for established advisory teams serving sophisticated clients."

Unlike traditional models, Indivisible Partners enables advisors to retain full ownership of their business while participating in the growth and equity of the broader organisation. The platform provides access to family office services, as well as business development support, marketing consulting, growth coaching, and succession-planning resources.

"As we evaluated the future of our business, we wanted a model that allowed us to own what we've built while expanding what would be possible for our clients," said Beth Rosenwald, the firm's founder. "Indivisible offered the combination of independence, flexibility, and active support that was the best fit for how we want to continue to serve our clients and grow the business in the years ahead."

Rosenwald Private Wealth has been serving the ultra-high-net-worth segment for nearly three decades. Their shift follows an increasing trend of $1 billion+ firms moving into the independent space.

"Exceptional advisory practices want the freedom to shape their futures without compromise," Thiel added. "We believe that trend will continue as more advisors evaluate what ownership means for their firms. With us, they can find the deep and wide set of innovative solutions that they've never been able to offer. From new thinking on tax alpha to untapped wealth planning approaches to radically new user-friendly technology, we've created the firm advisors have been asking for."
