Bank of Singapore adds two private bankers in Dubai
Bank of Singapore has strengthened its Dubai franchise with the appointment of Mahesh Ramakrishnan and Shikhy Chandhok as private bankers. Ramakrishnan will join the bank on 3 September 2026, while Chandhok will join on 1 September 2026.
These hires sharpen Bank of Singapore’s ability to serve the increasingly sophisticated needs of high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients across the Middle East, South Asia and International markets.
Ramakrishnan joins from CA Indosuez Wealth Management, where he advised HNW and UNHW clients across the Gulf Cooperation Council region and India. He has more than 20 years’ experience in wealth management, succession and estate planning, and investment advisory. Prior to CA Indosuez, he worked at Deutsche Bank and Union Bancaire Privée in Dubai.
Chandhok joins from Citibank UAE, where she advised clients on investment, structured product and financing solutions. She brings more than 18 years of experience across wealth management, treasury, and retail banking.
These hires reflect the bank’s commitment to the Middle East, which was recently strengthened with the appointment of veteran private banker Lim Leong Guan as Head of Private Banking, Middle East, Global South Asia and International and Chief Executive of Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Branch as of 1 July 2026. Dubai is a key hub for Bank of Singapore, alongside Singapore and Hong Kong.
