Draco Evolution and Lighthouse Canton form AI-driven asset management partnership
Draco Evolution and Lighthouse Canton have formed a strategic partnership to combine artificial intelligence (AI) fintech capabilities with international asset management expertise, promoting cross-market investment research, professional asset allocation exchange and fintech development between Taiwan and Singapore.
Draco Evolution is a Taiwan-based AI fintech company that expanded to New York, while Lighthouse Canton is a Singapore-based asset management group. Draco Evolution's DRAI ETF is listed on the NYSE, marking the first time a Taiwan team has entered the US capital market.
Lighthouse Canton, headquartered in Singapore, is one of Asia's fastest-growing independent investment institutions. Its business spans major financial markets across Asia and internationally, including Singapore, India, United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom. The company has long served global high-net-worth clients, family offices and institutional investors, accumulating extensive experience in cross-market investment strategies, global asset allocation and wealth management services.
This partnership marks the first deep strategic alliance between Taiwan and Singapore's financial industries, combining complementary technology and scale. By integrating Lighthouse Canton's expertise in international asset allocation and wealth management with Draco's fintech and quantitative research capabilities, the two companies will jointly promote investment research exchange, international market insights and fintech development.
This collaboration also aligns with the Financial Supervisory Commission's policy direction to establish Taiwan as an "Asian Asset Management Centre." Both parties will continue to monitor Taiwan's policy developments and explore ways to deepen cooperation within the regulatory framework, promoting the exchange of international asset management expertise and market knowledge while strengthening Taiwan's integration with global wealth management practices.
Combining wealth expertise to create more value for Taiwanese investors
Across Singapore and Europe's most established wealth markets, independent and integrated financial services firms have become a cornerstone of sophisticated wealth management, built around independence, specialisation and client-first service delivery. Rather than operating within the constraints of a single bank or
custodian, these platforms bring together investment research, multi-asset expertise and multi-custodian institutional networks to give high-net-worth clients a more comprehensive and internationally minded approach to managing wealth.
Draco Evolution managing director Fu Guan-Long stated, "DRACO's research and development (R&D) core is rooted in Taiwan, with commercial validation achieved on Wall Street. As a Taiwan-based fintech representative, our initiative to bring in world-class partner Lighthouse Canton marks an important milestone in our international expansion.
Together, we will integrate fintech development, international asset allocation and wealth advisory expertise to bring more international perspective and professional exchange value to Taiwan's financial market."
Strategic partnership targets North Asia wealth corridor and Taiwan HNW investment potential
Lighthouse Canton Founder Shilpi Chowdhary stated, "The North Asia market represents one of the most promising yet underexplored wealth corridors in the global asset management industry, with solid capital foundations, multi-generational family wealth, and growing demand for independent wealth management services.
As Lighthouse Canton advances toward its 2027 goal of reaching $10 billion in assets under management (AUM), expanding into North Asia is a key strategic direction, and Taiwan is our important starting point."
The two companies will combine local market understanding with international investment expertise to establish complementary collaboration. Their cooperation will cover the exchange of asset allocation and wealth planning topics, integrate overall investment perspective sharing, and support high-net-worth clients and institutional investors' investment decision-making through professional research and international experience.
