Indosuez Wealth Management completes the integration of Banque Thaler
Indosuez Wealth Management, the wealth management brand of the Crédit Agricole Group, announced that its Swiss entity has completed the integration of Banque Thaler, marking an important milestone in its development in Switzerland.
As of 17 February, all Indosuez Wealth Management employees in Switzerland are gathered between Geneva and Zurich. In parallel, the IT and banking systems have been fully migrated to Indosuez's infrastructure. This milestone marks the end of the acquisition and merger process initiated less than a year ago by Indosuez. It brings the Swiss entity's assets under management to CHF 47.6 billion ($61.4 billion).
More than just an external growth operation, this move reflects Indosuez's determination to strengthen its presence in Switzerland while expanding its international client base, particularly in Northern Europe, by drawing on all of its existing teams.
All clients now benefit from an enhanced continuum of services, the strength of the group, its international network, as well as its wealth advisory, structuring and financing capabilities.
"I would like to commend the remarkable work of our teams, whose operational discipline has enabled a smooth integration. I look forward to working with our new colleagues and to continuing our commitment to our clients together. As the bank prepares to celebrate its 150th anniversary in Switzerland, this major milestone demonstrates our long-term commitment to the Swiss market," said Marc-André Poirier, CEO of Indosuez in Switzerland.
