Indosuez Wealth Management, the global wealth management brand of Crédit Agricole Group, has strengthened its Hong Kong team with four new appointments.

Phonda Chan joins as managing director, Carol Chau as team head, and Ivan Chung and Sam Wong as relationship managers.

The appointees bring deep international financial services experience and a strong understanding of the Greater China markets, where Indosuez continues to expand its presence. These key appointments reflect the bank’s commitment to deepening client relationships and enhancing delivery across wealth solutions — supporting Indosuez’s
continued growth in the dynamic Asia market.

Chan is appointed deputy chief executive of Indosuez Wealth Management Hong Kong branch, reporting to Hong Kong CEO Michaël Kofman. With over three decades of experience in financial services, primarily in wealth management, the banking veteran has held senior leadership roles including at Bank of Singapore, LGT Private Banking, ABN AMRO Bank and DBS Bank, where she was instrumental in driving business growth, fostering client relationships and strengthening team development. Phonda’s appointment will further enable the bank to strengthen strategic focus while expanding Indosuez’s presence and footprint in the Greater China market.

Carol Chau, Ivan Chung and Sam Wong have come onboard Indosuez in Phonda’s team.

Chau joins as executive director and team head. With more than three decades of wealth management experience including in Bank of Singapore, LGT Private Banking and ABN AMRO Bank, Chau brings a well-rounded expertise to the team, having spent a significant part of her career in investment advisory before transitioning into relationship management.

Chung is appointed director and relationship manager. He brings extensive wealth management experience from leading private banks including Bank of Singapore, LGT Private Banking and ABN AMRO Bank.

Wong also joins as director and relationship manager. Prior to Indosuez, Sam had acquired substantial front office and relationship management experience in major private banks including Bank of Singapore, HSBC and UBS.

Laurent Proutière, CEO of Asia at Indosuez Wealth Management, said, “Hong Kong remains a crucial hub for us, especially for serving the dynamic Greater China market. Bringing highly experienced bankers into the team intensifies how we partner with clients through a customised approach across advisory, financing and investment solutions, and reflects Indosuez’s continued commitment to the market and our people.”

Michaël Kofman, CEO of Indosuez’s Hong Kong branch, said, “I’m excited to welcome our new colleagues to Indosuez Hong Kong. I’m confident their experience and
energy will strengthen client coverage and our leadership bench, enabling us to bolster relationships and deliver exceptional results. With the new team onboard, we will continue to deepen our growth journey, focusing on growing and protecting our clients’ wealth.
