Keenai launches integrated wealth platform for Singapore accredited investors

5 min read

Keenai Global has launched a Singapore wealth platform combining public markets, private funds, private credit and insurance through a single account, with regulated investment services provided through Lighthouse Canton.

Keenai is built in partnership with Lighthouse Canton, a Singapore-headquartered, global investment institution managing over $6 billion for institutional and private clients. All regulated activity on the platform is carried out by Lighthouse Canton Pte Ltd, which holds a Capital Markets Services Licence from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).

Currently, accredited investors face a highly fragmented wealth management landscape, holding different asset classes with different institutions, or something even simply on a spreadsheet. Neither investor nor the adviser have a holistic view.

Keenai Wealth has been designed to address this situation. Built by fintech veterans, Keenai Wealth provides accredited investors with a segregated account for all their investments, underpinned by the company’s “tech-led, human-empowered” approach. By unifying previously fragmented financial services, and drawing on Lighthouse Canton’s expertise, Keenai Wealth offers seamless access to global public markets, private funds, private credit and insurance solutions. Crucially, with Keenai Wealth investment consultants are able to see the same holistic view as their clients.

Keenai Wealth empowers accredited investors in Singapore with institutional-grade control, incorporating essential insurance and legacy management solutions into the core investment relationship. By consolidating all facets of wealth, from growth-focused liquid assets to legacy preservation, Keenai Wealth ensures every allocation and protection strategy is managed with the precision required to build an enduring financial legacy.

Shilpi Chowdhary, founder and group chief executive officer of Lighthouse Canton and Keenai Global explained: “Today, wealthy individuals and their advisers are held back by systems that were never designed to manage a client’s wealth holistically. They neither bring all the information together in one place, nor make the products easily accessible. Keenai Wealth was built to change that by empowering investors to ensure their capital works harder across the entire financial picture.”

Keenai Wealth brings together some of the leading players in Singapore's finance industry to deliver holistic financial well-being to accredited investors.

In particular, Keenai Wealth has partnered with Fullerton Fund Management. As two Singapore-headquartered organisations, both companies are aligned in their mission to strengthen local capital markets by offering SGD-denominated investment strategies. The partnership offers accredited investors a critical tool for asset-liability matching, mitigating foreign currency exposure and optimising portfolio stability. This strategic focus provides clients with deeper access to high-quality managed solutions while actively supporting the growth of Singapore’s domestic investment environment.

Keenai Wealth has also partnered with Poni, a MAS-licensed Financial Adviser under Huize Holding Limited, to move insurance beyond a reactive expense into a strategic component of a client’s capital stack. By integrating Poni’s AI-native advisory and InsurTech capabilities, Keenai Wealth allows accredited investors to manage premiums as active capital alongside their investment portfolios. This creates a powerful legacy management architecture where protection is not siloed, but dynamically linked to a client's evolving wealth.

Other launch partners include leading global financial platform Airwallex. A natural partner for Keenai, Airwallex brings the experience of a Singapore-based global fintech that has built an integrated platform to help businesses move, manage and grow money, supporting Keenai’s ambition to create a more connected financial services ecosystem. Sleek has also partnered with Keenai to offer their clients access to cash management solutions. This reflects Keenai Wealth’s focus on empowering Singapore’s entrepreneur and business communities. KoverNow has partnered with Keenai to put together a holistic suite of offerings for clients, catering to both their wealth management and specialised insurance needs.

Together, these partnerships demonstrate the breadth and flexibility of the ecosystem created by Keenai, allowing the company to meet and anticipate evolving client needs with the best solutions. Details of other partnerships within the Keenai Wealth ecosystem will be announced in the coming months.

Commenting on the launch, Varun Mittal, country head for Singapore at Keenai Global, said, “Modern wealth management is often unwieldy and fragmented, spanning multiple asset classes, jurisdictions and client expectations. Keenai Wealth, through Lighthouse Canton, marks a significant step forward for the industry, creating an integrated ecosystem of leading financial services firms to help investors navigate this complexity with greater clarity, efficiency and insight.”

Arnold Chan, general manager, Asia Pacific at Airwallex, said, “We’re excited to partner with Keenai as it builds a more connected financial ecosystem for investors and advisers in Singapore. We share Keenai’s ambition to make financial services simpler and more seamless, and look forward to supporting that ambition with Airwallex’s global financial infrastructure as the partnership grows.”

Mark Yuen, chief business development officer of Fullerton Fund Management, said: “Fullerton is excited to be Keenai Wealth’s go-to SGD investing solutions provider. By prioritising SGD-denominated investment strategies, this partnership gives accredited investors a critical tool for asset-liability matching, helping to mitigate foreign currency exposure and optimise portfolio stability. It provides clients with curated access to a suite of high-quality SGD solutions managed by Fullerton.”

Cassandra Wee, managing director, Poni Insurtech Singapore, and executive director and CEO, Poni Financial Advisory, said: “Insurance is too often treated as a standalone purchase when, for affluent families, it should be part of a coordinated strategy for protection, liquidity and succession. By integrating Poni’s technology-enabled advisory capabilities with Keenai Wealth’s portfolio view, clients can see how insurance fits alongside investments and long-term legacy goals, particularly where assets and beneficiaries span multiple jurisdictions.”

Simon Fiquet, chief revenue officer at Sleek, said, “Keenai Wealth can add great value to Sleek’s numerous investor clients looking for a comprehensive, secure platform to manage their financial investments in Singapore. Through our exclusive partnership they’ll benefit from VIP onboarding with a dedicated Account Manager and a priority allocation to limited access Treasury funds.”

Stephan Kaiser, CEO of KoverNow, said: “As AI reshapes the digital wealth landscape, our target customer segments in the affluent and emerging high-net-worth space have become increasingly sophisticated. Just like Keenai Wealth makes investing in and protecting financial assets more efficient, KoverNow applies the same simplicity to physical assets. Our customers enjoy using our digital vault to track collectibles’ market values, making it easy to protect these items.”
