UBS takes 4.8% stake in 360 ONE WAM
UBS AG has acquired a 4.8% equity stake in Indian wealth and asset manager 360 ONE WAM by exercising warrants, strengthening its position in the country’s expanding wealth management market.
The exercise resulted in UBS receiving 20,502,939 shares in 360 ONE, one of India’s largest independent wealth and asset management firms.
UBS AG had subscribed to 20,502,939 warrants on a preferential basis pursuant to an agreement entered into with 360 ONE. The warrants were allotted on 21 July 2025, with 25% of the exercise price paid at the time of allotment. UBS AG has now exercised all such warrants and paid the remaining 75% of the exercise price.
